This Term & Policy is hereby entered into between IT BRAIN SOLUTION and Clients.

General Terms
Client agrees to use the IT Brain Solution SEO & Web Development service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.

By using the Service, Clients agree to be legally Terms policy and to abide by the Terms of Service, just as if you had signed this Agreement. If you do not comply and/or continue to comply with the Terms of Service, IT Brain Solution may terminate your right to access the service.

You will not engage in any conduct that in the discretion of IT Brain Solution & SEO restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

IT Brain Solution reserves the right to prohibit conduct, communication or content which it deems in its discretion to be harmful to individual users or other third-party rights, or to violate any applicable law.
1)    ” IT BRAIN SOLUTION” agrees to provide Clients with Search Engine Optimization, Web Development, Design and other Services as described in this agreement. “IT BRAIN SOLUTION” is authorized to use the specific Services.   Development, SEO and other services.

2)    Client agrees to pay “IT BRAIN SOLUTION” fee of according to our SEO & others Plans per month and one time as stated in the initial email proposal. For a period of SEO 4 – 6 months starting from the date of this contract.  Services are intended to provide the client with preferential positioning in selected search engines and report results on an ongoing and timely basis. SEO Services include:

• .  Research keywords and phrases to select appropriate, relevant search terms. Number of keywords is listed in the Proposal.  . . .  Additional keyword purchases will require Addendum or separate contract.
• .  Edit various html tags and page text as necessary prior to submission to selected search engines and directories.
• .  Create as required, additional web pages for the purpose of “catching” keyword/phrase searches.
• .  Submitting your pages to the engines and directories stated in this agreement.

·  Create positioning reports for main site and any associated pages showing rankings in the major search engines and  
     under which keywords.
.   Client never updates anything on the website in Services time. If Client wants to change anything first inform to IT Brain Solution. If client will change any content, Page, Image, in services time then IT Brain Solution not responsible for drop the ranking.

3)    Reporting Time Frame:
1)    1st Baseline Report after Signup client takes 3 days.
2)    2nd Onsite Optimization Report - within 10 days.
3)    Ranking Report every month on starting projects date.
4)    Linking Report every month with ranking report.
  
4)    IT BRAIN SOLUTION” agreement with client for Top 10 ranking of 70% – 90% Keywords rank on google, yahoo, msn within 4 – 6 months.

5) Purposes of providing these services, client agrees to provide us:
·  Give “IT BRAIN SOLUTION” FTP access to the main website for uploading new pages and make new changes for the purpose of optimization.
·   Client gives us Keywords and target locations.

Payment Terms & Policy
IT Brain Solution always works on advance payment.  Client will be paying monthly Advance, Six Month Advance, One Year advance.

DISCLAIMERS AND CONDITIONS: 
If client not happy from our services then we will refund payment after 30 Days.
